iOS 4.2 Beta 3 released for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad

Apple has just pushed iOS 4.2 beta 3 for developers. In case you don't know, this beta build, like all the previous betas is for developers only. Only members enrolled in the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program can access these betas of by signing into Apple Developer Connection.
