Cydia Download Problem – Failed to Fetch ? [Q]

Hey, so the main problem I am having is that every time I open up Cydia on the very top of the screen it says that its downloading packages (im assuming it’s updating or something). It used to do it for a short while and then go away but recently it just stays there trying to download packages never going away and a message pops up saying it “failed to fetch” a number of different websites or packages (i am not really sure what they are).

Also my “Mobile Terminal” app crashes instantly when I try to open it. If you can help me figure out whats wrong and how to fix it that would be awesome!
