Q: How to Get Constant Text Alert on Iphone 4 ?

I recently convinced a co-worker to get an iphone4. She love the phone I did the jailbreak for her…. she wants to know is there a way to make the phone constantly repeat the text alert until she answers it like the blackberry dies with the little green and red light ? The new iphone 4 seems to
be missing this feature ,  when on a call, no vibration when a new text message arrives (like on the 3G and 3GS). Any fix?
