Only 14% of iPhone has been updated to firmware 3.1.3

In 6 days from the exit of the new firmware 3.1.3 shows that only 14% of the devices is now updated. In the past there had never been so low a percentage.

To date, 72.3% of iPhones have firmware 3.1.2 and 4.6% firmware 3.1. 87% of those who have upgraded to firmware 3.1.3 came from 3.1.2, while the remaining from a previous firmware.

The data can be interpreted in two ways: either many preferred not to upgrade because the new features are minor or most users will want to first be sure of being able to jailbreak the new firmware is also effective.
