More data and less calls, the smartphone world is changing habits!


A study conducted by Ericsson in 2009 showed how the data traffic has surpassed voice traffic in mobile field.



In particular, 400 million subscriptions to mobile networks generate more traffic than voice, a total of 4.6 billion subscriptions worldwide.

In short, smart phones are changing the habits of users, who use their terminals to surf the Internet more, send e-mails or update the status social network, not to make the classic phone calls.

The situation in Italy reflects this fact, despite a mobile network and internet rates not exactly optimal. Indeed, our country is the first in Europe for number of smartphones, confirming the fact that we epercepita comes the importance of always being connected on the move.
