Install Flash – Frash on Iphone 4 – Do I need to Jailbreak ? [Q]

I have an iPhone 4G with ios 4.0.1. I’ve not yet upgraded my firmware to 4.0.2 as im still deciding whether to JB or not. I’m on a pay monthly contract with Orange (UK). The only real reason I want to jailbreak is for flash support. I’ve read through the website and still not sure how to go about doing this.

Do i need another sim card or am I able to do it with my current sim? Also I assume jailbreaks are reversible by simply restoring in iTunes? Any help you can give me will be appreciated,
