Is it Safe to Download iTunes 10 on Jailbroken Iphone ?

Hello, I have been watching the Apple Event on September 1st and the new iTunes (iTunes 10) looks great, but im worried that it might ruin my iPhone 4.

Can you please tell me whether it is “Safe” to download iTunes 10.
