Q: File received was invalid Jailbreak Error ?

Hi, I attempted to jailbreak using 4.0.1 firmware today and when the download would start i almost immediately would get a pop-up message stating “ Oops… File received was invalid” the options i can click are either quit or retry. I have tried clicking both, quit does the obvious and retry
just gives me the same message.
please help !!
