Q: iTunes will not Transfer Purchases to PC ?

I’m trying to keep my itunes up to date with my jailbroken iphone by transferring my purchases, but whenever I try to do it seems to start but in a few seconds it just stops like nothing happened. I also
noticed that it tries to transfer 3rd party apps, which I thought was not the case. I thought that it would only transfer Apple store apps. It syncs fine though, and I can use the Apple store from my phone just fine. Is this something that has to do with the jailbreak? Is it supposed to be like this?
