Q: New iPhone comes with iOS 4.0.2 – How to Downgrade?

If I have a brand new iPhone and Apple shipped with ios 4.0.2 . Can I downgrade it to iso 4.0.1?  In this case not possible to save blob on server. please guide , i cannot jailbreak my device .

Is there a way out of this.
