When I sync to iTunes my Apps are Deleted ? [Q]

I have a jailbroken iPhone 2G . My problem starts when I use Installous and try to download applications. I then connect my iPhone to iTunes to add music and it deletes all my downloaded applications. How can I avoid this from happening ?

I need help please.
