OS 4.0 iPhone announces 7 new features

As always for regular users here at Mob2All, I posted alot of topics about iPhone OS 4 and it's Jailbreak..  Steve Jobs announced at a big event new OS 4.0 IPhone features. The iPhone is supposed to be much better now that it is based on the seven “tentpoleâ€� features. However, only the iPhone 3G or 3rd generation iPod Touch models will be able to support OS 4.0 for the iPhone. Otherwise, you’ll need same day loans to get the new operating system.

The first iPhone 4.0 feature is multitasking

Here it is, what people have finally been waiting and hoping would be included in the iPhone OS 4.0. It isn’t going to be true multitasking on the iPhone. The OS 4.0 iPhone will have a way of pausing and minimizing the processor load of applications instead. Games, VOIP calls, and Pandora will continue to run in a dock at the bottom of your screen and iPhone applications will switch quickly between each other. Any IM or Twitter conversations can’t be included as part of the multitasking of the OS 4.0 operations yet.

Folders are the second OS 4.0 Feature

iPhone and iPad systems had a popular hack that was simple, adding folder management. Now users of the OS 4.0 will be able to organize all of their applications into folders without hacking them in the iPhone.

Enhanced mail is the third OS 4.0 feature

First and foremost, the enhanced mail in OS 4.0 iPhones will have a unified inbox. You can choose whether you want all of your emails to end up in the same box or in separate folders no matter what e-mail they come from. Additionally, OS 4.0 iPhone will be able to sort messages according to conversation.

The fourth OS 4.0 iPhone feature is the iBook

Now users of the OS 4.0 iPhone will be able to, just like the iPad, use the iBook application. Buy, read and enjoy books on your iPhone. It is a simple concept although dangerous to some with a debt management plan.

Enterprise features are the fifth OS 4.0 iPhone features

The fifth feature of the OS 4.0 iPhone is really a suite of features targeted for the 80 percent of Fortune 100 companies that use the iPhone. You will have more VPN options, app distribution, mobile device management, and data protection. If you need help breaking those down, ask your IT guy.

The sixth OS 4.0 iPhone feature, a game center

The App store currently has over 50,000 game titles. The new OS 4.0 iPhone will have a social gaming platform like that of the Xbox Live. Matchmaking, achievement tracking, and leaderboards for the games you waste time playing on the bus ride to work.

iAd is the seventh OS 4.0 iPhone feature

Steve Jobs didn’t pull any punches when he talked about the advertising platform on OS 4.0 iPhones. To put it bluntly, he said “we think most of this kind of advertising sucks.”Supposedly, iAd will give the opportunity for over 1 billion advertising impressions a day – basically, 10 ads a day will show up on your OS 4.0 iPhone if you use apps for 30 minutes. All of the iAds will look like they are running in applications as applications. {Jobs promises “interactive” and “emotion-filled” ads}. Any developers who plan to let iAds into their applications will get a 40% split on any advertising profit.

Availability of the OS 4.0 iPhone?

If you are a developer, then OS 4.0 iPhone kits are available today. This is because they want there to be a lot of applications available when summer hits and the OS 4.0 iPhone goes on sale. For any iPad users, the OS 4.0 iPhone is going to be released in the fall.
