Folders Disappear after a Sync with iTunes ? [Q]

I lose all folders and the items in them get scattered all over, after I sync.  Then iTunes reports a ‘folder cannot be found‘ and terminates the sync from that point.  I didn’t have this problem until last week and my phone has been jailbroken for several weeks now.  Does anybody else have this
problem or have a clue?  I have a lot of items/apps and it’s a real pain to re-organize them.
I really need help with this mystery!
