Insert A Valid SIM with No Pin Lock – Problem [Q]

I made a jailbreak to my Iphone 4 but without saving the SHSH after finish jailbreaking I used Tinyumbrella to unlock it
but something happened after restarting the device.
Now it’s totally locked . When I start the iphone there is a message telling me :
” No SIM card installed , Insert  a valid SIM with no PIN to activate the Iphone “

And then nothing happened. I tried to restore it as a factory settings . I tried to downgrade to firmware 4.0.1 or 4.0 but nothing happened . Now I put the firmware 4.0.2 and it’s accept it normally but after finish it’s still unlock and asking me the same Question.
Is there and solution please help.
