Iphone 4 Screen Zoomed In [Q]

I took my iPhone 4 off the speaker stand and now it’s zoomed in and I cant get it to go to the normal screen unless I open an app. when I open the ap it goes right back to being zoomed in. if I want to move it I have to try all kinds of swipes it’s almost impossible to unlock it .
