iPhone 4 Unlocking – Jailbreaking without using Safari Browser [Q]

I got this Apple iPhone 4 carrier locked on the Orange network in UK , but i only have a O2 sim with me . To run the jailbreaker i have read that you need to log on to the iPhone mobile browser Safari , but as my iPhone will not accept my O2 sim , I’m unable to do the jailbreak by visiting
JailbreakMe website on my phone . Is there a way where i will be able to jailbreak my iPhone through my pc without having an Orange Sim in the phone ?
