Iphone 4 Antenna Problem – Fix [Q]

I heard someone saying that new iPhones manufactured after September 2010 will have the antenna problem fixed [ie hardware level]. Any one knows for sure, if this information is correct or if there is an official word from Apple as to when there will be permanent fix to the antenna gate
issue experienced by iPhone 4 users worldwide causing problem while making phone calls [drop calls].
