Q: Can I still use iTunes after Jailbreaking iPhone 4 ?

I’ve just jailbroken my new iPhone 4 and this is the first jailbreak for me, so i’m not very expert at this . Anyway, i’ve 2 questions:

1. If i sync my jailbroken iPhone 4 with iTunes, all cracked apps and cydia will be eliminate or iTunes won’t simply recognize my iPhone?
2. If so, how can I download more music on my iPhone without sync it with my computer? Is there a good app for my jailbroken iPhone that allow me to download music directly on my iPhone?
