Q: EDGE and 3G not working after Jailbreak ?

Bought iphone 4 in the U.S. and brought it to Panama; i jailbreaked it and unlocked it. I can make and receive calls, but the edge and the 3g not working. There’s something i gotta do related to the APN….

but i dont have the “Carrier Data Network” tab on Settings-General-Network. Any ideas on how to make edge work ?
