Q: Error 3002 – 3254 in Iphone 3GS while trying to Restore iOS 4.0.1 ?

I had a jailbroken iPhone 3gs. I was running iOS firmware 3.1.3. I just upgraded to iOS fimrware 4.0.2 not knowing the fact that it was un-jailbreakable. I tried to download the jailbreakable verison iOS  4.0.1 to install and restore iphone jailbreak , but I keep getting error 3002 and 3254.

iTunes said it was an error 3002. I couldn’t find much on the internet about it. What can I do ?
