Q: What Software Needed to Jailbreak Iphone 4 ?

I have subscribed to your site so i can be updated regularly so I don’t run into any future issues. But I have a question as to how I should go about Jailbreaking my iPhone 4.  First off, I have a Mac. I need to know what specific software I should download. And unfortunately (before I stumbled onto
you guys) I upgraded my firmware to 4.1.2  I haven’t done anything to my phone since I bought it except upgrade the firmware , no 3rd party stuff or anything.  Can you please walk me through the exact steps I need in order to jailbreak my phone.  Again, I have a Mac and upgraded to 4.1.2.
