Q: How to Change Cellular Data Network to Access Data Package ?

Have an iphone 3 and my carrier has data network settings (APN, username, password). Just got an iphone iOS 4.0.1 firmware and successfully jailbroke and used ultrasnow to unlock the phone and carrier. Now on the network, cellular data,

it only has on/off. It does not have the settings to add the APN, username/password to access my data package with my carrier.
How to add these settings on iphone OS 4.0.1
