Q: How-to Restore Iphone without Upgrade ?

Hi, I am using iPhone 3GS . I want to restore my iphone , and since new update  i can’t restore without upgrading. I got SHSH files for the firmware but i dont know how to restore without
upgrading my device. If anyone has any information for the upgrading process , kindly share with me .
