Q: How to run AndroidLock on Iphone 4 ?

I have recently jailbroken my iphone 4 and installed Cydia , and now i am able to open it and run it. But the problem arises when i try to install an app for example Androidlock it says that it depends on firmware < 3.2 what exactly does that mean and what do i have to do to run the iphone app ?

What is Android Lock ?

It is a unique lock screen , where you enter the lock pattern (dots) , rather than entering numbers to unlock your iphone . Its a free app.
