Q: Problem with Springboard Categories – Iphone 4 ?

Since jailbreaking and installing categories I have issues where often all my apps are appearing both on the spring board and also in the folders I created in categories. I have to respiring to set
things right again. Anyone having this issues and how to resolve it ?
