Q: Cydia Not Fetching Any Sources ?

When I open up Cydia it has a loading problem and a box appears saying ” Failed to Fetch : … to many different sources ” , and I tried adding a source and it was stuck on the loading wheel and saying ” Verifying Source “.

What up wit that ? please help .
