Reception Dropped After Jailbreaking Iphone 4

Just jailbroken, now looking for flash plug-in that works at the mo. iMobileCinema seems not too, anyway. My reception seems to have dropped from full or -1 bar to 1 or 2 bars ? Is this an anomaly or a bug that needs reporting and fixing ? Where is the official page for this and bug reporting ?
