WiFi not Working after iOS4 Firmware Upgrade on Iphone 3G

After updating my iPhone 3G to iOS 4.0 firmware , the wifi stopped working, so I cannot access jailbreakme.com from my phone. How can I still jailbreak my iphone ? There seems to be no way out. I want to jailbreak my iPhone 3GS badly.
