No Signal – Iphone 4 Problem [Q]

I bought an Iphone 4 from UK, the IMEI was blacklisted in the UK, and I was assured that it would work in other countries except the UK !
So I paid, received, cut my sim to MICRO-SIM, and guess what ? IT DIDN’T RECEIVE A SIGNAL ! Now what can I do ? Firmware 4.1 so there isn’t a Jailbreak yet . Do you think after the Jailbreak
it will be fixed ?
