Stuck at Apple Logo after doing a Reset [Q]

I got an iPhone 4 with iOS 4.0.1 firmware on it . I got it unlocked in India and it was working fine until I reset and erased all settings and now it is stuck to the Apple logo. So I was wondering if I can do something about it .

How can I restore it to 4.0.1 back . I don’t think I have shsh blobs saved
