Will Jailbreak Cause Compatibility Issues with my iPhone 4 [Q]

I am keeping my fingers crossed for the Jailbreak software to unlock 4.1. Hope it gets released soon by the Chronic Dev team or whoever is developing it right now.
My question is If I jailbreak or restore it to the previous version , will all my apps work without any issues ? Some have mms and face time probs .
