Lost Cydia after LimeRa1n Jailbreak [Q]

I managed to Jailbreak my iPhone 4 with LimeRa1n at the second attempt but the Cydia button would not work and I went and deleted the LimeRai1n app by mistake.  I’ve search all over and can’t figure out how to get the Cydia app on my phone.  Installer.app or AppTapp also won’t
appear in the Apple store.  Any ideas ?
