Sync Issues with iTunes [Q]

I own an 2G iPhone jailbreak of course  I have iTunes 9.2, my iPhone doesn’t have any songs yet but with a lot apps. Itunes is asking me if I want to sync and erase, there is no option for me to manage my files manually. i just afraid that i will be loosing all the apps and it might affect the jailbreak.
