Using Reg SHSH from Old to New iPhone ? [Q]

I currently have my iPhone 4 JB and SHSH files reg on Cydia. The screen of my current phone has a pink-ish tint to it where I was going to exchange it. I’m afraid I already know the answer to this question so I’m being hopeful that I’m wrong . Is there anyway to register the my current SHSH files to the new exchanged phone that I will receive. I’m afraid that the exchanged version of phone will
be updated to 4.0.2 and I wont be able to JB it. Any info/ideas would be greatly appreciated as well as your time in answering my question.
